1. Agreement

By creating an account or using FanofUs.co ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Plan limits (monthly post quotas and daily generation caps) reset each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You own the content you generate. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, FanofUs.co assigns to you all rights, title, and interest in the content (captions, hashtags, titles, plans, and other outputs) produced for your account. You are free to publish, modify, and use that content commercially.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms where you publish it.

5. Ownership of the Platform

We retain all ownership of the Platform. The software, source code, models, prompts, system logic, designs, brand assets, documentation, and all underlying technology are the exclusive property of FanofUs.co and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will NOT, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, clone, mirror, or reproduce the Platform or any portion of it.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute access to the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, prompts, or system logic.
• Use the Platform to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. No Guarantee of Results

FanofUs.co does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, financial, follower, engagement, or revenue results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, audience, niche, and the policies of third-party platforms. Any examples, case studies, or projections shown are illustrative only and not a promise of performance.

8. AI Output Disclaimer

Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that requires human review before publication. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all output before use. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of generated content.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanofUs.co and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice in the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
